About the Role

We are now looking for a Fire Safety Technician on a full-time basis in Stockholm who wants to work to take the delivery of our fire safety work to a new level.

As a Fire Safety Technician, you work in a customer-facing role where you are responsible for service, control, and review of products within the fire protection area. You ensure that controls are performed according to agreements and current regulations.

The role is varied and includes both practical and technical tasks. You work, for example, with servicing fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, as well as new installations and repairs. You will also work with facility maintenance and be responsible for the service of smoke vents, which involves working at heights.

In addition, you conduct training in practical fire extinguishing exercises and carry out evacuation drills for customers. The role also involves supporting and guiding our customers in their systematic fire protection work (SBA).

Location and Working Hours

The position is based at Securitas' office in Årsta and covers work within the Stockholm area, primarily in southern Stockholm. Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. There is an opportunity for a company car for this position.

For example, you will:

• Present Securitas services and create conditions for new and expanded business by developing customers' fire safety work.
• Perform technical maintenance and conduct risk assessments of customers' fire protection.
• Mount and install common products.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly tests of fire alarms.

The position suits you who enjoy building new contacts and developing existing relationships, with a clear responsibility to independently drive and develop customer relations and thereby strengthen our delivery. The role also suits you with a genuine interest in technology, as you will work in several different systems, such as Teams and DeDU. Requirements

We are looking for you who thrive in a role with great personal responsibility and who have the ability to structure and plan your work in an efficient way. You adapt easily when prerequisites change, both in your own planning and in meetings with customers. At the same time, you have a positive attitude and see opportunities in challenges. In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you have:

• A high school education with a passing grade in Swedish.
• A Class B driver's license.
• Swedish citizenship.

We consider it highly meritorious if you are trained as a Fire Safety Technician and certified via Svebra.

We consider it meritorious if you:

• are trained as a facility operator (fire alarm, sprinkler).
• have educational background or work experience within fire safety.
• have previous experience as an instructor.
• have previously worked with SBA or as a facility operator.
